However, the room could use more soundproofing as noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, and the air conditioning unit wasn't as effective as expected. Parking was slightly challenging during peak hours, which could be an inconvenience.

I loved the grilled veggies at Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar, truly a burst of flavor! The staff were super nice and the room was clean and cozy. Oh, let's not forget the easy check-in. I was in and settled quicker than I could say 'Culver's burger! '

But yikes! The air conditioning just couldn't keep its cool during that heatwave, leaving us in a stuffy room that felt like the hottest summer day. Despite our pleas, it felt like we were stuck with a stubborn system until the next day. It definitely put a damper on our stay.

I really appreciated how close this hotel was to Grant Beach Park and Pythian Castle, making it easy for me to enjoy the beautiful park views and explore a fascinating landmark during my weekend strolls. plus, the staff was very friendly and quick to help me when I needed a room change after a noisy night, which made my stay much more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit and varied options to fuel our adventures. the location made it easy to stroll to places like Pythian Castle, which is less than 3 km away, and the beautiful Jordan Valley Park Amphitheatre, about 4 km away, perfect for weekend city explorations.

The room was spotlessly clean and I loved the fridge and microwave, which made snacking easy! We really enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool and the large jacuzzi after a long day. One small hiccup was the billing issues I faced, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊
